Each year the World Forest Institute Fellowship Program hosts natural resource professionals as they spend six months in Oregon learning about forestry practices in the northwest.  The program showcases Oregon’s international acclaim as a leader in sustainable forestry, with Fellows visiting forests on private and public lands, wood manufacturers, industrial timberland growers, research agencies and academia.  Our first Spanish Fellow to WFI, Ms. Ana de Miguel Muñoz, just published a new article on lessons learned from her time in Oregon last year.
