World Forestry Center’s offices are closed on Friday, June 19, 2020 in observance of Juneteenth.
The value of honoring this day and taking time to educate ourselves and explore opportunities to improve our society is self-evident.
In addition, we believe our success in achieving a sustainable forestry future relies on engaging and empowering those who have historically not been a visible part of the forestry conversation, either by choice or by exclusion. We must expand our community and increase our efforts.
