The Hagenstein Lectures

The Hagenstein Lectures connect foresters to the public, identifying and amplifying the work of emerging leaders in forestry.

Led by World Forestry Center and the Society of American Foresters, the Hagenstein Lectures is an event series created in honor of professional forester William D. Hagenstein, who passed away at age 99 in 2014.

“We are wise enough to see a different future based on our mutual desire to find new ground and new trust.”
