Getting to the Conference

Getting Here By Car

From the city center, take Highway 26 West. From Beaverton, take Highway 26 East. Take exit 72 (marked “Forestry Center, Zoo”) and stay left as you enter the parking area. World Forestry Center is near the north end of the lot.

Parking

Explore Washington Park charges for parking starting from 9:30 am. This fee is collected by Portland Parks and Recreation. You can pay at the parking kiosks or by using the Parking Kitty mobile app.

Getting Here By Light Rail

World Forestry Center is located at the Washington Park Max station and is easily accessible via the MAX light rail (Red or Blue Lines). All-day passes are $5.

From downtown Portland to World Forestry Center: Board the MAX Blue Line or Red Line heading west. A westbound train leaves every five to ten minutes. Exit at the Washington Park Station, take the elevator up to the ground floor, and follow signs to our campus.

From the Airport to downtown Portland: Board the MAX Red Line to the city center. This train leaves every 15 minutes. Exit at the Washington Park Station, take the elevator up to the ground floor, and follow signs to our campus.
